Brats - Jalapeno & Cheddar

These Brats have the great taste of Jalapeno and the creamy inside of the melted Cheddar.  They only have a medium kick of heat so you don't need a keg of beer to eat them. (but it is an option)   We never recommend boiling in beer because beer can become bitter.  

If you want you can beer bath them after they are cooked for 3 min .

Place a foil pan with beer on your grill to warm it while cooking your brats then place the cooked brat in the beer bath.

Each package has 4 all beef brats and are approximately 1lb packages.
